Position overview
The Account Associate uses sales expertise to sell the Company's services over the phone or in person. This position finds out what our customers need, and suggests services that will address those needs. The Account Associate is responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients on behalf of the Company. - Cold-calling potential customers and prospecting new accounts.
- Communicates with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.

- Contributes to proposals outlining company profile and service overview.

- Builds relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Supplies management with feedback on customer behavior, needs, interests, and problems.
- Proactively maintains client relationships by updating them on new products, services, or marketing initiatives.
- Collaborates with other departments to fulfill client needs and reach prospective clients.
- Attempts to resolve client complaints before escalating.
- Continually develops knowledge of Company services.
- Services multiple clients concurrently, while meeting deadlines.
- Focuses on improving the buyer experience.
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance client's dedication.
- Maintains client records in Company drives and CRM following Company sales process.
