Responsibilities:

General Accounting: Managing and processing day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank and credit card reconciliations and government reporting.

Budgeting and Forecasting:Support the development of budgets and financial forecasts.

Accounting Administration:Maintain an organized and accessible online filing system and assist with the collection of working papers and backup requested for audit.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 23 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software (Online and Desktop) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- A background in office administration and/or the construction industry would be considered an asset.
