En tant que représentant du service à la clientèle dans notre bureau, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel pour assurer une satisfaction exceptionnelle des clients en gérant les demandes de renseignements entrantes et en coordonnant les demandes de service. En outre, ce poste implique le suivi des bons de commande et la liaison avec les fournisseurs pour faciliter un processus d'approvisionnement sans faille.

**Responsabilités**:
Traiter les appels entrants, les courriels et les demandes de renseignements des clients avec professionnalisme et courtoisie.

Aider les clients à planifier les services, l'entretien et les réparations.

Fournir des informations sur les caractéristiques des produits, les prix et les offres de services.

Fixer des rendez-vous pour les techniciens, en veillant à l'utilisation efficace des ressources.

Se coordonner avec les techniciens sur le terrain pour gérer les calendriers de service et donner la priorité aux demandes urgentes.

Tenir les clients informés des délais d'intervention, de l'arrivée des techniciens et de tout retard éventuel.

Assurer le suivi des bons de commande afin d'en garantir le traitement et l'exécution dans les délais impartis.

Communiquer avec les fournisseurs pour vérifier les détails de la commande

Générer et envoyer des bons de commande aux fournisseurs

Répondre aux préoccupations des clients et résoudre rapidement les problèmes afin de garantir une expérience positive pour le client.

Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour résoudre les problèmes techniques et faire remonter les problèmes si nécessaire.

Documenter les interactions avec les clients, l'état des bons de commande et les résolutions dans le système de gestion de la relation client de l'entreprise.

Maintenir des dossiers clients et des documents de commande précis et à jour dans le système de gestion de la relation client.

Collaborer avec le département financier pour assurer une facturation précise et en temps voulu.

- Generate and send purchase orders to suppliers, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical problems and escalate issues when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, purchase order status, and resolutions in the company's CRM system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and purchase order documentation in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate billing.
