Job Summary

Objective:
We are looking for a passionate organized individual with strong customer service skills and sales ability to join our team


You are expected to ensure that the spa runs efficiently, smoothly and provides a high level of quality customer service and care.

Your amazing sales ability will ensure we are maximizing our member retention on a daily basis.

Job Duties

  • Daily operations of the spa, including but not limited to: reception, reservations, maintenance/quality control; including service, cleanliness and product usage
  • Maintaining a professional spa image at all times
  • Utilizing strong customer service and communication skills to educate customers on our spa services and products
  • Resolving client concerns promptly; sharing of best practices regarding client retention so all can learn from concerns and solutions; puts clients first and models service and care standards at all times
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Being able to work on weekdays, weekends, and/or evenings‪ when required by business needs
  • Experience in the Customer Service, Wellness, Retail, or Hospitality Industries will be an asset
  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong administrative, operational and computer skills
  • Ability to work, multitask and excel in a fastpaced environment
