We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to lead a variety of projects within the organization. You will collaborate with project managers, analysts, technologists, and leaders to deliver top-notch products for our customers.

This position involves managing project aspects and agile team processes, with a flexible two-day in-office requirement per week.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Analysis, project delivery validation (QA/UAT), and other assigned tasks with coaching and support
  • Developing and refining project plans with goals, staffing, scheduling, risks, and contingency plans
  • Managing changes to project scope, schedule, and costs effectively
  • Capturing and tracking dependencies across teams
  • Gathering and articulating project requirements
  • Proactively identifying and planning for risks
  • Leading assessments for Concept phase projects
  • Establishing relationships with other departments and organizations
  • Generating key project deliverables
  • Developing working relationships with business stakeholders
  • Facilitating project team meetings

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 0-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Proactive and independent with organizational skills
  • Ability to learn and apply project management practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
