Position Description: 2 full time/ part time/ customer service associate
Summary:
- Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture and the brand
- Product inventory and development.
- Maintains a calm performance during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep kitchen operating to standard.
- Develops positive relationships with the team.
- Follows the standard operational procedures, including food handling, safety and security.
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Prepare daily orders, ensures the store is stocked with appropriate levels of products and all online or in store preorders/ same day orders are being picked up or taken care of properly.
- Manage daily online orders as well as in store orders, ensure all customers requests are met
