We are looking for a Technical Project manager with over 10-15 years of experience.
A solid understanding of the technologies and tools being utilized (such as Java, Gen AI, LLMs) is crucial. This includes familiarity with concepts like chaos engineering, AI/ML, and software development methodologies.
Project Management Experience:
Proven experience in managing technical projects from initiation to completion, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, aligning it with business goals and technical capabilities. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity on project goals and deliverables.Problem-Solving Skills:
Capable of identifying and addressing project roadblocks and challenges effectively, with a focus on finding practical solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential for conveying complex technical information to various stakeholders, including team members, executives, and clients.
Agile/Scrum Experience:

Data Analysis Skills:
Given the AI focus, experience in data analysis and interpretation can aid in making informed decisions based on project metrics and performance indicators.
