Position Summary:


We are seeking a part-time Keyholder in our store who is full of spirit and likes to spend their days helping people find or even design their perfect bag.

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

  • Provide an outofthisworld customer experience for all customers
  • Perform cashier duties
  • Assist customers in styling and designing custom Timbuk2 products
  • Opening and closing store per designated store schedule
  • Assist with store operations when Store Manager is not on site
  • Assist in creating merchandising displays throughout the store
  • Assist in the organization of event and parties including staffing of company event
  • Play an active role in creating a fun and positive store environment
  • Fulfillment of ecommerce orders which includes picking, packing, and shipping orders in a timely manner

Qualifications, Skills and Education:

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years' experience in a retail environment
  • Spatial and visual awareness
  • Extremely detail oriented with a good eye for color and color trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Passionate about providing superior customer service
  • 1+ years in a customer service environment
