Join the Commercial Solutions sector in the Senior Analyst, Quality Assurance role.

In this position, you will support the business by ensuring adherence to established policies, procedures, frameworks and authorities to provide management with confidence in business operations.

You will support and monitor the full life cycle of quality assurance, compliance, oversight and/or audit support.

You will apply risk and control concepts to scenarios encountered, track and communicate identified issues or risks to senior management and ensure any potential concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.

Participate in planning, conducting and reporting on Internal Quality Assurance reviews, ensuring compliance with key policy and procedures within the Homeowner business lines.

Collect information, undertake analysis and reports on identified risks and/or non-compliance. Make recommendations and/or prepare action plans to manage risks and ensure compliance.

Support senior colleagues in the collection, analysis and synthesis of information from diverse sources and the communication of results.

Provide advice to internal and/or external clients and stakeholders regarding risk and control matters, including the application of standards, regulations and/or policies, as well as remediation to address risk and control issues.

An undergraduate degree in a related field such as business, finance or economics.
A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in underwriting mortgage insurance products.
Demonstrated knowledge of risk management, quality assurance and oversight.
Experienced in data gathering and reporting tools.
