En tant que conseiller(ère) en solutions d'apprentissage, vous êtes un(e) acteur(trice)-clé du développement des compétences au sein de l'organisation

Vous intervenez, dans les deux langues officielles, comme spécialiste du développement de solutions d'apprentissage auprès de la clientèle du secteur que vous desservez.

Vous vous réalisez dans les fonctions suivantes:

- Identifier les enjeux et objectifs d'affaires de votre secteur-client et établir l'état des compétences
- Capter les demandes de formation, analyser les besoins et établir les priorités de formation
- Recommander les stratégies d'apprentissage aux clients et partenaires internes
- Élaborer les devis pédagogiques et/ou scénarimages
- Développer les activités d'apprentissage et/ou médiatiser les contenus
- Planifier la diffusion des activités
- Accompagner les formateurs dans la préparation de la diffusion
- Assurer la mesure du transfert
- Participer au développement des formateurs et de la pratique

Vos qualifications et vos talents:

- Baccalauréat dans une discipline appropriée
- 5 à 7 années d'expérience pertinente
- Bilinguisme en anglais et en français
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Office 365
- Connaissance des concepts de techno-pédagogie
- Maîtrise de la suite Articulate 360, un atout
