What you will do:
- Think big: Develop integrated advertising, branding, and digital projects by generating compelling ideas that align with brand objectives
- Pay attention: Participate in client meetings, briefs, and research to ensure creative concepts are on point
- Play as a team: Collaborate with Copywriters, Designers, and Production partners to bring marketing strategies to life
- Protect the work: Present concepts to clients effectively to gain approval and support for your ideas
- Make stuff: Execute creative concepts across various mediums while maintaining brand identity and objectives
- Inspire: Lead and oversee the work of junior designers to ensure high-quality execution
You've got the goods:
- 6+ Years of experience in agency or commercial design studio
- Demonstrated creativity and the ability to craft ideas
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and industry design software
- Experience in art direction for film and photography productions
- Degree or Diploma in Design or Visual Arts
