Account Manager Job Description
MJR Management, a leader in the Manitoba construction industry, is currently seeking an

Objectives of this Role

  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve longterm partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with Sales and other internal teams to ensure targets are being met
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and crosssell to clients

Responsibilities

  • Process incoming client requests and allocate resources accordingly
  • Prepare quotes and/or reports for Sales Team as required
  • Respond to client/Sales Team requests for information in an accurate and timely fashion
  • Identify opportunities for Sales Team to followup
  • Support Sales Team with information gathering
  • Keep client/Sales Team updated on ongoing projects
  • Process field reports for invoicing

Skills and Qualifications

  • Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Good attention to detail and organizational skills

Salary:
From $40,000.00 per year
