Associate Insurance Agent

As an Associate Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assist with administrative tasks, answer phones and handle inquiries to clients.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for helping others and someone that knows the importance of creating a positive first impression of the organization.
General Insurance License is required or must obtain within three (3) months.Duties
- Manage incoming phone calls, answering general inquiries, providing information about the organization's products or services, and directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Maintain clean, organized and presentable working and reception area.
- Assist in prospecting for new clients, contacting leads, and following up on sales opportunities.
- Update client records and ensuring that policy documents are accurate and uptodate. Assist in reviewing policies for coverage options and making recommendations to clients.
- Agents may receive training and mentorship to develop their knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques and industry regulations.
- Strict confidentiality with respect to client's financial status and other personal information.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Experience in retail sales or a similar customerfacing role is a plus
- Ability to analyze insurance policies and determine appropriate coverage options for clients
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage for serving diverse client populations
Salary:
$40,000.00 per year
