Do you have a friendly disposition, and are great at multi-tasking? We're looking for a full-time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. As a key point of contact for clients, the positive impression you leave with them is essential. Main responsibilities include administrative duties, working with a multi-line switchboard, greeting clients, and directing them to the appropriate department. Light general cleaning of the service lounge will also be part of your daily routine. Strong computer skills and previous office or admin experience are required.

Days and Hours

  • Monday to Thursday 8am 5pm
  • Friday 8am to 6pm

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
