Responsibilities
As the leader of critical areas within our organization, you will be at the forefront of driving success in the following key areas:

  • Overseeing and optimizing processing routines, ensuring efficient and accurate operations.
  • Taking charge of building and scaling a specific product vertical of our software, driving its growth and impact.
  • Providing dedicated support to our internal staff, ensuring they have the tools and resources needed for seamless operations.
  • Exercising sound financial acumen to efficiently allocate and manage the technology budget, ensuring optimal utilization of resources.
Your leadership responsibilities will encompass the following essential tasks:

  • Spearheading accounting data processing, monthly reporting, and conducting quality checks for utmost accuracy and efficiency.
  • Leading the setup process for new agents, managing user creation across various systems seamlessly.
  • Showcasing expertise in Windows and Office365 Administration, proficiently handling workstation and server programming and troubleshooting.
  • Taking the lead in enduser and staff administrator helpdesk support, resolving hardware issues and providing troubleshooting for TREVELLO propriety and other travel software.
  • Demonstrating WordPress Administration prowess, adeptly handling frontend HTML, CSS, JS code troubleshooting, quality testing, and feedback.
  • Providing midlevel website support for staff, overseeing content creation and publishing for an enhanced user experience.
  • Identifying and testing requirements, ensuring all aspects of our systems meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.
  • Creating comprehensive training documentation and educating both staff and travel agents, empowering them to utilize our technologies to their fullest potential.


In summary, your role will be at the helm of leading these crucial areas, driving our organization's success through your expertise and dedication.


In this role you will be trained in basic accounting principles and understanding as a base to support our accounting focused payment technologies.

You must be detail orientated, patient with data entry, quality control and carry numeric competency.

In The First Week, Expect To
