Responsibilities:

Ensure that newly-arriving products are quickly accepted and arranged promptly and attractively on store shelves.

Perform basic duties in relation to new and existing merchandise, including price changes, tagging, ad set and shelving display arrangements.

Check in shuttles, truck shipments, and drop shipments in a prompt and professional manner, ensuring that all paperwork is properly completed and that all arriving products have a place to go either on the showroom floor or in the warehouse.

Field customer questions and help resolve them whenever possible, including connecting them with the appropriate personnel if you do not readily know the answer to a customer question or request.

Complete all required training and certification programs as indicated by management.
Meet with peers and management on a weekly basis to discuss suggested changes in store schematics and displays.
Working with planograms maintaining and updating product display.

Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
Computer skills, including familiarity with Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe
Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
Ability to pass a standard background check
Strong self-management skills
Preference - High school diploma or equivalent job-related experience
