Servus is rapidly expanding in the Calgary market and is seeking a Member Service Advisor for the Seton Branch.
As a Member Service Advisor, under the guidance of the Branch Manager, you will be tasked with effectively addressing member inquiries, maintaining extensive product knowledge, managing branch traffic, assisting members, and efficiently handling various administrative duties.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Achieving or surpassing sales and referral targets.
- Actively participating in corporate and branch campaigns, and contributing to marketing/business development strategies.
- Identifying, pursuing, and closing sales opportunities by recommending suitable Servus products based on member needs.
- Enhancing member trust and loyalty through exceptional personalized service and promoting tailored financial solutions.
- Managing telephone and in-branch traffic to ensure timely member assistance, as well as welcoming and coordinating member appointments.
- Recognizing and celebrating team achievements.
Requirements
You must have customer service experience, proven sales skills, cash-handling proficiency, and a high school diploma to be considered.
While not mandatory, the following would be advantageous:
- Prior experience in a Financial Institution.
- Post-secondary education in Finance or related fields.
