- Position Summary:
- Helps drive account growth and profitability by undertaking administrative job duties as it pertains to the sales department.
Schedule:
- Monday
- Friday from 8 am 5 pm
- Hybrid position: Currently 3 days in office at the Milton Distribution Centre and 2 days remote.
Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrates strong customer service skills when dealing with unique or difficult situations.
- Provides support to the sales representatives through order management activities (couriers, off day requests, bill to/ship to), etc.
- Provides support to sales representatives coordinating customer service, orders, credits, submitting request changes, forms, reporting, etc.
- Provides routing assistance for changes to deliveries such as time delays, adjustments in delivery days, etc.
- Provides support with weekly markdown catalogs/flyers.
- Collaborates with other departments to meet all customer needs, internal reporting and customer record keeping.
- Provides support to non traditional sales rep through truck load admin support.
- Participates in general sales meetings and promotions.
- Additional Ad hoc requests as required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities- Must have good customer service and time management skills.- Ability to perform 10-key data entry.- Must have excellent written, verbal, organizational and communication skills.- High organized with a great attention to detail.- Encourages collaboration with others to achieve a common goal.- A self starter that can work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent computer skills.- Must have the ability to multitask, prioritize and be able to work independently or within a team environment.- Ability to learn and use Genisys, Powersell, CRM, Gordon Ordering and other various systems.
