Charger logistics invests time and support into its employees to provide them with the room to learn and grow their expertise and work their way up.

We are currently looking for a Product Owner who can help us solve complex business problems by executing on the product strategy and vision of a piece of Charger Transportation Management System. This position is based out of our Brampton office. The person in this position will work in a fast-paced environment and will work closely with the IT Development department.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop an understanding of our users and act as an advocate for their needs.
  • Gather product requirements, prioritize features and backlogs, and improve user experience.
  • Execute the strategy and vision for company's TMS.
  • Design metrics for monitoring the success and impact of features.
  • Work with development teams to evaluate, implement, and deliver solutions that solve user challenges.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align product requirements to client needs and company's strategic vision.
  • Build and maintain supporting documentation relating to our products and features.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, prior Logistics or Supply Chain experience preferred.
  • Experience launching Enterprise products.
  • CSPO or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to frame and decompose complex problem statements into clear solutions.
  • Compassion and empathy for users and solving their problems.
  • Driven to generate outcomes and iterate to achieve results.
  • Persuasive and able to lead through influence.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
