Digital Marketing:


Strategize and implement digital marketing campaigns, encompassing paid advertising, email marketing, and social media initiatives, aimed at maximizing online visibility and revenue.

Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand awareness through content marketing and improve Google ranking.
Employ SEO strategies to boost organic search rankings and drive relevant traffic to the website.
Devise and execute customer engagement strategies to foster brand loyalty, increase customer lifetime value, and stimulate word-of-mouth traffic.
Tailor personalized marketing approaches to meet the diverse needs of our online customer base.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, website traffic, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost.
Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance overall e-commerce performance.

Qualifications:
Hold a college diploma or university degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Possess seven (7) years of experience in digital brand management, overseeing social media, PR, and content creation.
Have five (5) years of leadership experience demonstrating the ability to effectively lead teams.
Demonstrate proficiency in SEO, E-commerce, Email Marketing, and Google Analytics.
Have intermediate experience utilizing social media analytics platforms such as Hootsuite.
Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Possess exceptional organization and time management skills.
Be analytically inclined and a highly motivated self-starter.
Show attention to detail and excel in problem-solving.
Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
