Responsabilité:

- Voir à l'efficacité du recrutement, de la sélection, de la formation, du perfectionnement et de l'évaluation du personnel des usines pour assurer l'excellence de son rendement.
- Donner des conseils techniques, offrir des services consultatifs et fournir une aide et un soutien continu aux directions de service concernant la conception et l'évaluation des emplois, administration des salaires, interprétation des conventions collectives, plaintes et griefs, lois régissant l'emploi, questions liées au rendement, processus disciplinaires, dotation du personnel, charge de travail de travail, etc.
- Diriger les systèmes d'évaluation des emplois et d'administration des salaires touchant tout le personnel de soutien et administratif.
- Diriger les relations de travail, les comités syndicaux et communiquer avec les représentants des unités de négociation et ceux du personnel non compris dans des unités de négociation relativement à des questions touchant l'interprétation des conventions collectives, les exigences et les conditions d'emploi.
- Orienter, soutenir et conseiller la direction pour déterminer les besoins en formation appuyer dans la coordination de l'offre de formation par des instances externes.
- Travailler en équipe avec le Coordinateur Santé et Sécurité pour gérer des cas de santé et sécurité.
- Travailler de concert avec le service des finances et fournir les données nécessaires au processus de la paye tel que le respect des conventions collectives (statut, salaire, congés, heures supplémentaires, plan de pension, T4, relevés d'emplois, etc. ainsi que le respect des normes d'emploi et l'équité en matière d'emploi et le code des droits de la personne, etc.

Qualifications et compétences:

- Posséder un diplôme universitaire en relations de travail ou en ressources humaines, ou toute autre discipline jugée connexe
- Être membre d'un ordre professionnel (CRIA) serait un atout
- Trois (3) années d'expérience comme gestionnaire en ressources humaines dans un milieu syndiqué Expérience généraliste dans la dotation, la rémunération, les relations de travail et le développement organisationnel
- Connaissance approfondie des lois du travail du Québec
- Excellentes aptitudes à élaborer des stratégies servant à la négociation et à la gestion de conflits
- Excellente connaissance et compréhension des dispositions des conventions collectives
- Excellentes habiletés en communication et en relations interpersonnelles
- Être bilingue (français et anglais) - oral et écrit. La langue anglaise est requis pour communiquer avec le bureau chef.
