OBJECTIVE:
The credit/collections clerk will be accountable for collection process, claims and as well as other financial transactions including but limited to customers' accounts verifications and recording status for clients in the USA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Keep track and follow up on customers payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile balances to customer statements by sending reminders and contacting clients with outstanding accounts
- Organise and setup payment plans with customers
- Verify discrepancies and resolve customers billing issues
- Analyse claim deductions and price discrepancies directly with customers
- Payments on account to be reviewed and reconciled with customers
- Communication with sales managers regarding overdue accounts
- Provide assistance, Insured communication and support to Team Leader
- All other related tasks and adhoc projects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communications skills
- Fluent in English and French
- Good organizational skills
- Team player and collaboration
- Experience in an office setting (Office Suite)
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
- Meticulous and attention to details
