The role will involve identifying, owning, and maintaining various BI and analysis tools, including support for our existing Salesforce; creating analytics reports and data visualizations, and streamlining operations through automation to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention in data processes.
The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams, communicate key insights across all levels of the organization, and develop and optimize frameworks, tools, and processes with a focus on analyzing data to deliver business value and insights.
This position has a flexible work location and can be based in Calgary, AB, Guelph, ON, and we are open to remote work arrangements across Canada.
Act as the key contact for new and existing BI and analytics tools (such as but not limited to Tableau, Qlik, Salesforce, Alteryx), identifying the best tools to employ based on stakeholders' business cases and providing maintenance and support for the tools.
Support the administration of Salesforce including license management and system maintenance updates as well as Salesforce developments and enhancements.
Work on streamlining operations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention in data processes through automation using tools such as Power Automate, Python, and Alteryx.
Collaborate with data owners and business stakeholders to identify data elements for reporting and automation requirements and elicit business requirements for projects.
