This role will work with the Retirement Manager and Marketing Dept. to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue targets.


As a Sales Consultant, you'll manage relationships with potential residents, which means you are a proactive self-starter that is able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

You are always focused on working to creatively expand Trinity Village Studios reach in the local community and building prospective client relationships.


In this role you will be focused on:

  • Coordination of promotional activities.
  • Primary person responsible for all sales functions
  • Creatively identifying potential sales leads
  • Building and maintaining a welldeveloped lead base
  • Meeting and exceeding occupancy sales targets
  • Contributing to a high level of Resident Satisfaction
  • Living our values and ensuring others on your team do to

What You Bring:

  • Business Degree with a major in Sales, Marketing, Communications and or Public Relations, or a background in a service industry
- related position

  • Two (2) + years of experience and proven success in direct sales
  • Customer and relationship building focused sales experience
  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel within the local community responsibility
  • Values of Excellence, Partnerships, People and Integrity

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary:
$18.00-$19.00 per hour
