THE OPPORTUNITY

  • Complete daily building equipment checks, water testing, and accurately record all required information.
  • Clean and maintain the DAF system.
  • Inspect and replace equipment filters.
  • Maintain chemical levels throughout the building.
  • Conduct monthly checks of all building fire extinguishers.
  • Keep work areas in a clean and orderly fashion and complete outside yard maintenance as required.
  • Complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner.
  • Enter purchase requisitions into Company ERP system.
  • Assist with minor plumbing and electrical maintenance repairs.
  • Complete monthly inventory counts of building parts and chemicals.
  • Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned.

THE REQUIREMENTS

  • Read, write, and communicate (English)
  • Proficient mathematical and computer skills
  • Mechanical aptitude with a good knowledge of standard tools, materials, methods, and trade practices
  • Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • Ability to lift 60lbs and work in cold, hot, and dirty environments
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
  • Good communication and organization skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
