About Us
About The Job:
We're looking for a customer focused, friendly, hardworking, organized and reliable person to join our team.
Your day to day will consist of:
- Welcome customers in a friendly manner as they arrive and promptly answering phone calls
- Perform data entry related to claims and invoices
- Maintain computer and manual filing systems and handle customer information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate deliveries and returns of parts (as needed)
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying and scanning
- Assist the Office Manager with additional tasks as required
About You:
- Must have a minimum of 612 months experience either in an administrative role within an office environment or customer service
- Must hold a valid driver's license
- Personable and friendly with good communication skills
- Multitasking and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and sense of humour
- Comfortable with technology
