Responsibilities:

  • Drive work forward and act as a liaison between the client and technical resources
  • Project manage technical effort and support key communication to internal and client leadership
  • Translate customer requirements into Workday solutions
  • Understand and communicate touch points with the different Workday modules.
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, discovery boards, and embedded analytics using Workday's reporting toolset
  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding
  • Accountable for assigned integrations and/or project activities assigned by technical lead
  • Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
  • Support the identification of process improvements and changes to our methodology based on project experience
  • Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
  • 2+ years of handson experience developing Workday Integrations, using at least 2 of the following technologies: Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
  • 2+ years of handson experience in a Workday reporting role using the various different tools from simple to complex reports and experience with enterprise reporting tools.
  • Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality
  • Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model
  • Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both projectmanagement and technical dimensions
  • Excellent timemanagement and prioritization skills
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
  • Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
  • Experience with software tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, etc.
