Database Specialist to join the Proposal and Database Team. You will be part of a group of energetic, social individuals who work as a team and want to succeed

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establish and conduct an audit program to periodically review the accuracy of information appearing on databases.
  • Review existing processes for supporting databases and make recommendations to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our processes.
  • Complete surveys and questionnaires from clients, prospects, consultants and other external audiences.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining various reports and files required to support the database process.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Finance or similar and a genuine interest in the investment industry.
  • 23 years of experience in an institutional investment firm, bank or trust company will be beneficial to your success
  • Time management, project management and attention to detail are some of the skills required to be successful in this role
  • Completion of relevant industry courses would also be an asset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate yourself clearly and work well with others to resolve complex issues
  • Strong team player and committed to contributing and supporting a team of likeminded individuals who are driven and have high standards.
  • Possess a positive attitude and be an enthusiastic person who will seek to improve existing processes and help to implement creative solutions.
