Demonstrated strong negotiation, consultation, and verbal and written communication skills. Broad technical understanding of real-time data connectivity solution Practical understanding of prevalent BMS/CMS systems in Canada and of brokers' operations with respect to those systems Passionate about providing quality and responsive service to brokers

If you have:

Post-secondary school education and/or equivalent on the job experience. Minimum 5-7 years of insurance experience, systems or other related and transferable experience. Working knowledge of insurance trends, developments, current standards, and federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations an asset. Proficiency in operational procedures, workflow, and processing functions. Ability to work within a PC oriented environment, including familiarity with e-mail and Internet skills. Competence with Microsoft Office Suite products. Advanced knowledge of Excel
