As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our online presence and driving organic traffic to our websites.
Your expertise and strategic approach will play a key role in enhancing our visibility in search engine results and improving our overall online performance.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings, website traffic, and lead generation.
- Conduct thorough keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimization and content creation.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and meta tags to improve search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools and Google Analytics, providing regular reports and insights to key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including content creators, web developers, and marketing managers, to implement SEO best practices and drive cohesive strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, search engine algorithms, and SEO best practices, and implement necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for Let's Get Moving.
- Perform regular website audits to identify technical issues, crawl errors, and areas for improvement.
- Manage and optimize local SEO efforts, including Google My Business listings and local directories.
- Stay informed about emerging SEO trends, tools, and techniques, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Track and analyze key SEO metrics, such as keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversion rates, and bounce rates, and provide actionable insights to enhance performance.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an SEO Manager or similar role, preferably in the moving or related industry.
- Indepth knowledge of SEO principles, best practices, and technical aspects.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
- Proficient in using SEO software and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.
- Experience with onpage and offpage optimization, keyword research, and link building strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and website development processes.
- Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Resultsoriented mindset and a track record of achieving measurable SEO goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
