Responsibilities:

  • Help stay on top of sterile bay area, sterilize instruments, set up trays, clean and flip operatories, keep the office clean, stock supply rooms
  • Take care of supply order list
  • Provide a consistent patient experience during each shift
  • Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
  • Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations
  • Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills. Chairside assist with the doctor when someone is unable to come in for their shift.
  • Chairside assist Dentists ranging in different treatments such as Resto, Root Canal, Extractions, Implants etc.

About You:

  • Successful completion of Level 2 Dental Assisting program
  • Able to work in a busy atmosphere with quick turn around times
  • Valid CPR Certification
  • Experience with dental software considered an asset, but not required
  • Tracker use in office
