Responsibilities:
- Help stay on top of sterile bay area, sterilize instruments, set up trays, clean and flip operatories, keep the office clean, stock supply rooms
- Take care of supply order list
- Provide a consistent patient experience during each shift
- Establish strong patient relationships while maintaining ethical and professional behaviour
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patients' expectations
- Demonstrate active listening and empathy to patients using effective communication skills. Chairside assist with the doctor when someone is unable to come in for their shift.
- Chairside assist Dentists ranging in different treatments such as Resto, Root Canal, Extractions, Implants etc.
About You:
- Successful completion of Level 2 Dental Assisting program
- Able to work in a busy atmosphere with quick turn around times
- Valid CPR Certification
- Experience with dental software considered an asset, but not required
- Tracker use in office
