  • Establish and enforce processes and standards, driving continuous improvement in project practices.

You'll Be Great At

  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing teams and projects to deliver results on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical proficiency in PLC programming, HMI/SCADA systems, Industrial Robot programming, motion control, and industrial networking protocols.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a passion for quality and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication skills, encompassing presentations to individuals and groups, responsive question handling, and proficient report and correspondence writing.
  • Demonstrate sound business judgment.
  • Proven experience in control system design, development, and implementation, preferably in the automation industry. Capable of motivating teams, organizing, and concurrently managing multiple projects in a highpaced setting.

Key Requirements

  • Possess a degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Robotics and Automation or equivalent related industry experience.
  • Experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Full understanding of Industrial Controls and Safety Standards. Must be able to travel internationally.
