As the Corporate Sales Representative, you will be contributing to YETI's success by achieving sales objectives for new and existing Canada Corporate Sales accounts while at the same time helping to build out a key strategic area of growth for YETI.

You will drive all new business development initiatives through consistent and strategic outreach, targeting new customers who align with YETI's brand goals.


You are a highly motivated & self-driven service professional with excellent communication skills, business savvy, and able to quickly engage with customers and build relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Support all inbound corporate inquiries for bulk customized and blank product
  • Evaluate customer objectives, and provide solutions to generate addon sales opportunities
  • Identify & develop new business opportunities for YETI within existing accounts
  • Initiate proactive sales activities to establish recurring revenue opportunities and business development
  • Manage, track and report sales activities and results using Salesforce
  • Represent the YETI brand as the first interaction point with new partners/customers
  • Interact daily with supply and allocation teams to ensure all product expectations are set and satisfied for each customer
  • Provide consistent insight and feedback on how to improve our business process
  • Become a brand and product expert in all things YETI
  • Be positive and supportive to all members of the YETI team
  • Collaborate with teammates and maintain a positive and professional attitude fostering teamwork

Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Experience selling in the consumer goods product industry
  • Proficient with Salesforce or other CRM tools
  • Microsoft Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
  • Proven track record of customer success and task management
  • Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams at all levels
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to use strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to create new strategies, build relationships and team rapport
  • Ability to both work in startup like environments and within a large matrixed organization
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced, changing environment
  • Ability to navigate and map out corporate organizations to identify key decision makers
  • Outstanding attention to detail and time management skills are essential
