Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daytoday operations of the real estate office.
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate agents.
  • Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for real estate transactions.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate showings of properties.
  • Conduct market research and analysis.

Qualifications:

  • College degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and related experience, in graphic design or computer sciences
  • 23 years of experience in graphic design or social media related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Microsoft Office Applications
  • Experience with fundraising databases, such as the Raiser's Edge, Mail Chimp and Artez is an asset.
  • Familiarity with web design
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Experience using Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently

Job Types:

$16.55-$18.00 per hour
