Responsibilities:
- Manage the daytoday operations of the real estate office.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate agents.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist in preparing and reviewing documents for real estate transactions.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate showings of properties.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
Qualifications:
- College degree, diploma, or equivalent combination of education and related experience, in graphic design or computer sciences
- 23 years of experience in graphic design or social media related field
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Microsoft Office Applications
- Experience with fundraising databases, such as the Raiser's Edge, Mail Chimp and Artez is an asset.
- Familiarity with web design
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
- Experience using Adobe Suite
- Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Internship / Co-op
Salary:
$16.55-$18.00 per hour
