Note this is part time opportunity: 24 hours per week.

In this position you will be responsible for:

  • Interface with Temp Agencies for labour support and staffing requirements
  • Coordinate new drivers/warehouse personnel for an interview, road test, and setup for onboarding document requirements (i.e., driver abstract, insurance verification, conducting reference checks, etc.).
  • Gather wage information about Driver rates to ensure we remain competitive in the marketplace
  • Other projects as needed

What are we looking for:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role is required
  • Transportation recruitment experience is a strong asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically with Excel, Word, and Teams
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and time management skills
  • High attention to detail
