Responsibilities:

What do our Field Operations Managers do?
Our Field Operations Managers are responsible for providing excellent service to customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction.

Supervision of all field and shop activities of service technicians including reviewing maintenance reports, receiving and monitoring request for service, installation, quotes, setting schedules, truck and equipment maintenance, monitoring parts inventory and performing monthly equipment maintenance and inventory.


Responsibilities and Duties:

Consist of outdoor work on and around lakes and ponds, operating small boats, performing equipment installations, maintenance and repairs. Must be able to carry up to 75 pounds on un-even shorelines. Bending, stooping, twisting and carrying of multiple objects and/or tools required. Install, service & repair electric motors, water pumps and air compressor systems. Applicants must be responsible and dependable and mechanically inclined with some electrical knowledge beneficial. Company is willing to train qualified applicants in these skills. What do you need?

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Overnight travel will be required.
  • Degree in related science preferred
  • Must be able to pass a basic swim test (for safety reasons)
  • Comply with a cleancut dress code. (All tools, vehicles and company uniforms are provided).
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Have proficient writing and verbal skills
  • Be comfortable working at heights
  • Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
  • Must pass preemployment background screen
  • Valid driver's license/clean driving record


In addition to the base pay, an employee working in this role is eligible to earn incentive pay, pursuant to a written incentive pay plan.

The amount of incentive that may be earned pursuant to our plans is based on several factors that could include one or all of the following factors:

performance of the Colleague, the sales and overall performance of the District and/or Region, meeting pre-established targets and/or Key Performance Indicators ("KPIs") and overall Company performance.

Depending on the position, earned incentives may be paid out each pay period, monthly, quarterly, or annually in the form of commissions and/or bonuses.
