We are looking for a dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at the Stroke Outpatient Clinic in Vaughan. The ideal candidate will manage patient assessments, treatments, consultations, and follow-up services in an outpatient setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct assessments and create treatment plans
  • Set goals and provide recommendations
  • Develop and implement patient-centered treatment programs
  • Promote physiotherapy services to external sources
  • Participate in program planning, implementation, and evaluation

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Collaborative professional with experience in Stroke/Neurological patient populations
  • Graduate of an accredited Physiotherapy program
  • 2 years of clinical experience in Stroke/Neurological disorders preferred
  • Knowledge of stroke best practices and chronic disease management
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Customer service focus and problem-solving skills
  • Positive work record and attendance
  • Adaptability to new applications
  • CPR + AED certification
  • Valid G license and background checks required
