Responsabilités
Soutenir les files d'attente de distribution des services et les activités de traitement des transactions telles que la création de comptes, les demandes non financières et les caractéristiques des comptes.
Travailler en partenariat avec l'analyste de projet des services à la clientèle ou l'expert en gestion de projet du département pour mettre en œuvre des initiatives clés affectant le TAP ou le département TAPS.
Identifier les opportunités de fournir un service à valeur ajoutée à nos clients.
Contribuer à la documentation des flux de processus actuels de bout en bout pour les départements.
Qualifications
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais - lecture, écriture et expression orale
Un diplôme d'études supérieures ou un diplôme universitaire est exigé
Solides compétences en informatique et au clavier
Intérêt marqué pour le domaine de la finance
