As a Masonry Estimator with us, your role involves transforming architectural blueprints into reality, relying on your keen eye for detail and deep knowledge of masonry scopes to analyze project plans, conduct thorough takeoffs, and secure competitive material costs.

Precision is Key:
- Conduct thorough masonry quantity takeoffs for residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Analyze and Strategize:
Dive into project plans to determine work scope and required materials, seeking cost-efficiency opportunities. Build strong relationships with suppliers to secure competitive material costs and prepare detailed project proposals showcasing client value.
Organization is Power:
- Maintain meticulous records of estimates, contracts, and project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Adapt and Excel:
- Price and review addendums, show flexibility and responsiveness to changing project needs. Assist with administrative tasks, demonstrating dedication.
Mandatory 5+ years of experience in masonry estimation in Ontario market.
Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, BuildingConnected, StackCT, and Plan Swift to enhance efficiency.
Industry Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of construction materials, methods, and industry best practices.
Blueprint Reading:
- Accurately read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Background in architecture or engineering is advantageous.
