We manage the entire lifecycle of the finance receivable from credit adjudication through to contract administration, customer service, default management, and post-charge-off recoveries.

What your day and week could look like
Reporting to the Director, Servicing Operations, a Repayment Servicing Specialist plays an essential role in supporting customers through the repayment lifecycle of their financing account
This includes:
- Ongoing stewardship of a dedicated segment of customer accounts.
- Achieving a highvolume of communication and attempted communication over a combination of inbound and outbound telephone calls.
- Assisting customers with midterm changes to their accounts.
- Maintaining accurate records of communication and contact information.
- Facilitating win/win outcomes for customers who have become pastdue.
- Resolving product, service, and repayment issues by clarifying, investigating, explaining, documenting and followingup on actions taken.
How you bring your passion for success
- Three or more years customer service and collection experience in a consumer lending environment
- A commitment to exceptional customer service.
- Outstanding ability to build rapport over the telephone.
- A high degree of accuracy within a fastpaced environment.
- Ability to juggle competing priorities with a sense of urgency while maintaining attention to detail and team targets.
- Upbeat and resultsoriented team contributions.
- Dependability, selfmotivation, and personal accountability.
- Capacity to toggle between working independently and collaboratively.

- Fluent ability to write and speak business information in English.
- Familiarity and ease in working with online platforms and Microsoft Office i.e., Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
