Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strong diagnostic skills
  • Ability to train and oversee the men in all aspects of equipment repair, engine, transmission, axels, hydraulics, electrical, and fabrication, etc.
  • Prepare and submit equipment maintenance records, time sheets, etc.
  • Strong leadership skills, communication, and a positive attitude
  • Work closely with team members and act as a Lead when guidance is needed to complete project
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of shop, maintenance of shop tools and equipment, loading/unloading and storage of equipment, including service truck
  • Fully supports and actively participates in the team safety program based on culture and innovation

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 10 years' experience working as a Heavy-Duty Technician
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role such as lead or supervisor
  • Knowledge and understanding of Preventive Maintenance plans
