Duties will include:
- Completing, submitting, and tracking Personnel Security Clearance (PSC) Verifications, Duplications, New Clearance Applications, Updates, Renewals, and Terminations as required
- Assisting subcontractors in completing their Organization's Controlled Goods Registrations
- Assisting in the delivery of training to all internal employees as required
- Supporting SBD and Corporate Strategic projects as assigned
Qualifications Required:
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field
- Ability to obtain a Government of Canada security clearance at the level of Secret
- Understanding of Government of Canada procurement methods
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- 2 years of experience working in the staffing industry
- Experience responding client requirements with Government of Canada security requirements
- Able to assess policies, contracts, and client MSA documents for completeness, and compliance
- Able to ensure that documents for compliance are in place for new contractor onboards.
- Able to reliably check monitoring systems for new notifications
- Experience in onboarding client agreements, ensuring the corporation meets the minimum requirements under the law/regulation is preferred
