WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
ACML is actively seeking a Coordinator, Operations Support (FMS) located in Toronto, ON whose main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

Operations Day-to-Day Support:

  • Assists in the continual improvement of various Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS);
  • Aids in the development and improvement and company standards, policies and procedures;
  • Coordinates and ensures completion of accountspecific program deliverables, such as Health & Safety, Training, and Quality Management, etc. and report to next level of management;
  • Coordinates monthly reporting requirements, such as Health & Safety, Quality, Training, monthly status reports, project governance, etc.;
  • Assists or manages special assignments in line with project goals;
  • Other assignments as required.

Mobile Team Coordination:

  • Responsible for the scheduling and coordination of team to meet operational needs;
  • Forecasts crosstraining and coverage needs.

Program Implementation:

  • Supports the execution of annual Operations team goals and objectives;
  • Supports the integration of various current programs into daytoday operations (i.e., Health & Safety);
  • Provides reporting/auditing information to operations team on an ongoing basis.

Coordination of Account Deliverables:

  • Assists in the development of scopes of work, resourcing requirements, and work plans to successfully complete project(s) in timeframes provided;
  • Schedules and coordinates additional project support personnel to accomplish project goals;
  • Assists in the documentation of transition work plans, with Account Management team;
  • Reviews requirements of transition plans and identify required resources and systems;
  • Assists by continuously updating transition plan status and flags lagging objectives/items;
  • Facilitate regular meetings with transitions teams;
  • Monitor and report to Account Managers on overall progress of plans.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING?

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in facility management or property management fields;
  • Postsecondary certificate/diploma/degree in Building Sciencesrelated field considered an asset;
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with clients, tenants, management and staff;
  • Possesses personal attributes including integrity, trustworthiness, resultsfocused, high standards, commitment, ethical values and achievement oriented;
  • Proven ability to foster/develop/maintain relationships with internal/external contacts;
  • Excellent computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word, Outlook);
  • Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety Act building/fire/other codes and applicable standards/regulations pertaining to facilities maintenance and operations;
  • Strong communication/presentation skills (verbal and written) ability to excel in a team environment.

Professional and Technical Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of CMMS systems;
  • Demonstrated capabilities re: accountability, judgment, decisionmaking and problemsolving;
  • Demonstrated ability to develop/maintain rapport with colleagues;
  • Strong communication/presentation skills (verbal and written) ability to excel in a team environment;
  • Ability to work under pressure within deadlines/changing priorities and in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team;
