We are looking for an Organized, Reliable
Office Administrator that is a great team player to join us at our Spruce Grove location Monday to Friday from 8 am - 430 pm.

The Receptionist is responsible for welcoming and assisting visitors, maintaining the telecommunications systems, general office duties and front-end security.

Job Overview:

  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and vetting.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing mail, organize courier deliveries, and accept and sign for packages.
  • Maintain a clean reception area and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Is proficient in oral and electronic communication styles.
  • Demonstrates tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
  • Maintains composure under stress and utilizes prioritization skills to respond effectively.
  • Responds professionally under all circumstances.
  • Conscientious, thorough, accurate, and reliable when performing and completing job tasks.
  • Ability to protect and manage private and confidential information and displays good judgment.
  • Represents the organization in an ethical and professional manner.
  • Detail oriented with a critical degree of accuracy.
  • Prepare documents, update databases, spreadsheets, photocopy, and other special projects when assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education level of a High School Diploma is required.
  • 23 years of Reception experience preferred.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Excel, Word, google sites and other programs.
  • Accurate and efficient typing skills.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Must have own transportation.
