Windsor Wolves Creations we cover all the bases for contracting, and coaching, but we do it innovatively and with over 15 years of developing our expertise.
Stu combines his experience as a certified Journeyman Carpenter and his passion for coaching that developed through hockey, to create a unique couple that intends to change the design and construction industry into a more user-friendly, accepting, and reliable one.
Responsibilities
- Providing oneonone and group coaching services to clients
- Help clients develop leadership skills, setting and achieving goals.
- Instruct clients on managing changes and resolving conflicts, finding innovative solutions to the different challenges they might face
- Provide guidance, support, and encouragement to clients
- Facilitate workshops, webinars, and teambuilding activities
- Develop and instruct on the implementation of training programs
Qualifications
- 5 years of previous experience as a General Coach
- Bachelors Degree in Coaching, Psychology or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great problemsolving skills.
- Knowledge of team building, conflict resolution, and strategic planning
- Ability to motivate, help and inspire your clients
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
