A Day in the Life

  • New hire orientation
- work station set-up

  • Managing suppliers/vendors (janitorial, office supplies, office equipment, tech support, etc.)
  • Processing vendor, subconsultant and independent contractor invoices
  • Admin credit card expense processing
  • Company vehicle administration (truck logs, driver's abstract, etc.)
  • General office admin/front desk (greeting visitors etc.)
Project Accounting

  • Project Setup/Maintenance
  • Billing
  • Forecast updates
  • Resource Planning/Forecasting
Document Control

  • General document control support (transmittals, receiving and filing engineering documents)

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Business diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
  • Previous experience in project administration in an engineering consulting environment but not required
  • Experience with ERP system / Accounting System administration (BST, Deltek, Vision, SAP, etc.) would be an asset but not required
  • Ability to work independently; a selfstarter who is able to recognize and complete tasks required for making the overall office run more effectively
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (interpersonal and written)
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally and discreetly
  • Organized with strong attention to detail and quality
  • Strong time and project coordination skills
