Shipper/receiver/forklift Operator

Responsibilities Include:

  • Prepare and record bills of lading, customs documentation and courier paperwork.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork for outgoing shipments.
  • Pack and ship orders and samples to customers and sales rep.
  • Act as point of contact for transportation and courier companies.
  • Assist with inventory count and reconciliation when required.
  • Keep management informed as daytoday activity within department.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.

Skill Set, Knowledge, and Expertise

  • Good computer skills.
  • MUST have a Valid certificate for Counterbalance & Reach
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Physical Requirements
  • Heavy lifting required occasionally.

Education Requirements / Work Experience

  • 35 years work experience in shipping / receiving environment.

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong teamwork approach and the ability to work and cooperate with others to accomplish department and corporate goals and objectives.
  • High energy, enthusiastic.

Salary:
$20.00-$21.00 per hour
