You will work alongside our senior lawyers and have a well-developed understanding of
commercial transactions, corporate reorganizations, commercial leasing, real estate matters and banking and finance.


You maintain a client-focused mindset, have superior analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy, and are able to solve complex problems using your knowledge of the law.
