Sales Administrative Assistant. This is an entry level position and the junior of two roles.

The position is an office-based role in our Burlington, ON location, very conveniently situated just off QEW and Burloak.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Monitor the company's online inbox and process customers' education orders and exams, and related sales and customer service administrative activities
  • Update the CRM database (MS Dynamics) with information about course attendees, orders, and notes on all customer interactions
  • Communicate as required with registered students/customers to facilitate a smooth, high quality education experience
  • Process enewsletter subscriptions; update the database with undeliverables.

QUALIFICATIONS:


This is a key role in a complex, multi-national organization and is best suited for individuals with some experience in a fast-paced entrepreneurial professional services environment.


  • Postsecondary education; diploma or certificate in business or office administration
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar multifaceted sales support/customer service role, in an office (not retail, instore) environment
  • Strong team spirit
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multitasks of varying complexity
  • Excellent problemsolving, critical thinking, analytical skills, and strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong business thinker who understands the importance of customer service excellence and its links to revenue generation and customer retention
  • Strong attention to detail and an ability to take the initiative to complete tasks
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong and effective data entry skills (speed and accuracy)
