Assist the dealer principal with scheduling and paperwork.

  • Answer telephone, direct calls, take messages and provide general information to customers.
  • Daily credit card reconciliation
  • Accounts receivable: Post payments to customer accounts, answer account receivable inquiries, collection calls of past due A/R accounts, distribute invoices and prepare monthly customer statements.
  • Process and post accounts payables vouchers, and invoices.
  • Enter and prepare retail finance agreements, and associated paperwork.
  • Process warranty payments against open invoices and work orders.
  • Assist with month end, and year end procedures, including fiscal year end inventory.
  • Product internal memos and other documents as requested.
  • Retrieve mail
- sort and distribute accordingly.

  • Post whole good invoices for sales into Aspen.
  • Assist with settlements of retailed sales.
  • Entry of new Kubota and Stihl units (whole goods) unit invoices and associated procedures.
  • Maintain sold inventory for new builds
- ensuring everything is allocated and documented when it arrives.

Salary:
From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

  • English (required)
